Gates of Olympus 1000
Gates of Olympus 1000 review
You're probably already familiar with the classic Gates of Olympus, which has proven to be quite a success from Pragmatic Play. The sequel won't disappoint you, as it's got the similar features, plus a bit of extras. When betting normally or when activating the Ante Bet, a highly volatile math model produces RTP values of 96.5%. When you buy free spins for 100 times your bet, it's 96.49%. The ante bet raises the base bet by 25%, which increases scatter symbols on the reels. Base bets range from 20 cents to $100. As soon as you hit go, 30 symbols appear on a grid matrix aligned 6x5. At least eight identical pay symbols create a win.
As a result of the tumble feature, winning symbols are removed from the board, and other symbols fall down to fill the gaps. Nine regular symbols appear in total. Gems of various shapes and colours make up the low pay symbols, followed by cups, rings, hourglasses, and crowns for the high pay symbols. Scatter wins with 8-9 matching symbols pay 0.25 to 10 times the bet, whereas scatter wins with 12+ symbols pay 2 to 50 times the bet. Wild symbols do not appear in Gates of Olympus 1000.
With 4, 5, or 6 scatter symbols, you'll receive 3x, 5x, or 100x your bet plus 15 free spins. The multiplier symbol is added to the total multiplier when it hits during free spins. When a multiplier symbol hits during the round and results in a win, the multiplier value is multiplied by the total multiplier value. In the free spins round, if at least 3 scatters land, you will receive +5 extra spins.
The main changes you'll notice are in terms of winning odds. Due to the new 1,000x multiplier, the winning potential has increased to 15,000x the bet compared to Gates of Olympus' 5,000x the bet. Gates of Olympus, on the other hand, had a maximum multiplier symbol value of 500x.
